Track and Field

Track and Field is a Paralympic-style sport that has been adapted for those with physical and visual impairments. This sport is broken down into two groups: Track (running/racing) and Field (events). The track is for athletes who are interested in running or racing different distances such as 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and 1500m.

STRAPS Track and Field
The field is different and athletes can participate in events such as long jump, high jump shot put, discus, javelin, etc. This program closely follows the same rules as regulations as USA Paralympics Track and Field.
